Launching the One4all Bikes4work scheme to your employees is simple. It is up to you how to launch the scheme to your staff, but Bikes4work can do it free of charge.

Our Employer registration steps are simple 6 Steps

  1. Once the scheme is launched, you can inform employees that they can submit their quotes online through our online service www.bikes4work.ie/submit-quote.htm
  2. Alternatively, you can submit the quotes for employees by email to info@bikes4work.ie
  3. On receipt of payment a Bikes4work collection voucher will be issued for every order to you, the employer or the employee as required
  4. Payment can be made by the following methods:
    1. EFT – (Electronic funds transfer)
    2. Cheque/Bank Draft
    3. Credit Card

  5. If you require an invoice or a pro forma to generate payment please contact Bikes4work. Otherwise, it will follow the order in the post in 5 working days
  6. Bicycle collection - Employees present their Bikes4work collection voucher, quotation, and photo ID to the Bikes4work retailer
